SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

*Please Note. Express shipping will only ship out the same day, if ordered before 10h00 on the same day. Orders placed after 10h00 for express shipping will only be dispatched the following day (weekends excluded). Unfortunately, once your parcel has left our premises, we have no control over your order. So, any delays in shipping will be the courier’s responsibility and not Bakkie and Outdoor as we do not have control over their logistics. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, please let us know so we can investigate it for you.

Shipping Insurance & Liability

Customers will have the option to choose between insured and non-insured shipping at checkout.

By selecting non-insured shipping, you acknowledge and agree that Bakkie and Outdoor accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or breakages that may occur during transit. All risk associated with non-insured shipments lies solely with the customer once the parcel has left our premises.

If insured shipping is selected, the parcel will be covered under the courier's insurance policy, subject to their specific terms and conditions.

Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, the courier’s Terms and Conditions will apply. Customers are encouraged to review the courier’s T&Cs for details regarding claims, compensation, and handling processes.

Due to the increased number of shipments during the holiday season, delays may be inevitable.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Bakkie & Outdoor warrant all products to be free of defects at time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.

Prior to returning faulty products you agree to contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to effect the return. Returns on faulty or damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of taking delivery, together with a proof of purchase, in the original packing.

In the unlikely event that a product should become faulty during the warranty period, the product may be returned in order to effect repair or replacement.

The manufacturer or its official distributing agent will, at their sole discretion, determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Also note that a 15% Handling fee may be levied on ALL RETURNS of correctly supplied, or non-defective goods as per order displayed, if returned within 30 days (In its original packaging and in a resaleable condition), otherwise items cannot be returned. Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods to us will be for your account.

No Warranty on DIY FITMENTS!!! We sell Aftermarket NON-OEM products, so we cannot confirm that all items will always fit 100% allΒ ofΒ theΒ time.
