Shocking client treatment

I ordered 2 spare wheel locks. Only one arrived. When I enquired I was told that "the matter will be investigated". Although they reverted to me quite fast the fact is that they should have known that only one item was dispatched. The stock system should have shown that 2 items were not delivered
I had to buy a replacement product as we needed the locks before the weekend. They got something very basic wrong, getting an order and counting to two and not accepting my word for the short-delivery was insulting.

There is some drilling required to fix this lock and, how strong the tiny padlock is, remains to be seen. Otherwise a good idea.
